(Angel Easy Cook)蔥燒雞肉1. 等量 醬油,米酒,味琳調成醃醬2. 雞腿肉塊用醃醬醃至少一小時(記得醃的時候要放在冷藏)3. 鍋子不需要放油,熱鍋後皮面朝下先煎,以逼出雞皮油脂4. 雞腿塊煎至半熟後將醃醬倒入,慢慢把雞腿煮熟,醬汁收乾5. 放入蔥段,稍微拌炒。蔥煮軟後即完成!
